My time at Wake Forest (’81–’85) was transformative. The friends I made there are still friends. The professors I had were great and cared about my success. Wake Forest is a special place that continues to be an important part of my life. Our youngest daughter Ruby graduated from Wake Forest in May of 2026 and also had a wonderful experience. We are excited to continue to grow our connection with the Wake Forest community.

We source from hillside sites that are cooler and allow us to make structured wines with good acidity, freshness, and tension.

The nose has classic Cabernet notes of Graphite, Blackberry Blossom, and Black Olive Tapenade. The palate has loads of tannin structure, Blackberry, and Almond Wood. Power and structure are beautifully balanced with rich fruit character in this world class wine!
