We will be showcasing our 2010 Sonoma County Chardonnay, our 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon, and our hard to find 2009 Syrah. This is a great opportunity to taste our sold out current releases on Chardonnay and Syrah and to try our 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon which is drinking phenomenally. Ca Va is a modern take on the classic French Bistro and emphasizes fresh, local ingredients. This means the menu shifts with the seasons.
